When it said bluffs, I'm wondering if you are hanging over any cliffs....I don't like to feel likeI might fall off! thanks for input.

No - there are no cliff-hanging moments on the Coast to Coast Walk. But there are a few hills which provide exceptional views of the Lakes beloved of Wordsworth, the Yorkshire Dales recalled by James Herriott, the romantic North York Moors and Whitby Bay.
