Wolfscastle Country Hotel
The Wolfscastle Country Hotel & Allt yr Afon Restaurant, a former vicarage nestling in the lush mid-Pembrokeshire countryside, is still known locally by its original name "Allt yr Afon" ("Wooded Hill by the River"). The hotel is very much a family affair in ambience and character and guests regularly comment very favourably on the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere which, combined with good service and fine food, guarantee a memorable experience. The hotel is a careful blend of the old and the new, the rooms practical as well as comfortable. Each bedroom has been recently refurbished and has private bathroom with shower, telephone, satellite TV and tea/coffee facilities. Over the years an enviable reputation has been gained for the cuisine and, in particular, for the use of fresh local produce, caringly prepared by the chefs. The hotel has consistently earned an AA Rosette for culinary excellence.

The Grove
Nestling in the heart of the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside, The Grove is a luxury country house hotel and one of Wales finest restaurants. Now surrounded by manicured lawns, flower borders, meadows and mature trees, the house underwent a complete renovation in 2007 to restore this magnificent building to its former glory. Each intimate guest room has an individual character and the highest standard of comfort and luxury. Furnished with deep mattresses, the finest quality linen and a sprinkling of modern art, every room also has a DVD player, TV, phone, hairdryer and a wonderful view of the gardens or surrounding countryside. The head chef Duncan Barham has a genuine passion for food and his style is a mix of modern British influenced by classical French techniques. He fully embraces the ethos of eating locally, helping develop The Grove's kitchen garden, and exploring the numerous foraging opportunities in and around the hotel's 26 acres. He designs an exciting seasonal menu which always reflects the best of local produce at that time of year.
